How to Prepare

Make sure all key people are available; you might say yes on your first visit!
Browse wedding dress styles.
- Look for some inspiration; see what styles you're liking and disliking.
Create your Inspo-List on our Website.
- We will have your Inspo-List dresses pulled and ready in your private suite for when you arrive for your appointment.
Send us your Pinterest Board.
- This is optional, you can also show us screenshots and other photos!

Private Suite

We'll greet you upon your arrival and show you to your private suite!
You'll have your own private change room as well.
For larger groups (more than 4 guests), we recommend upgrading to our Prestige Appointment for additional seating and space.

Discovering your Dream Dress:

After introductions, we'll start by reviewing your Inspo-List dresses and any inspiration photos you've brought (screenshots are encouraged!) to get a feel for your bridal style.
We'll begin by trying on your favourite gowns, then explore other styles based on what you love—and what you don't. Your consultant will prepare each dress, help you into it, and guide you through every try-on.
As you show your entourage each gown, we'll talk through your favourite details and narrow down your options. We'll save your top picks for the end, then style them with accessories to help you picture your complete bridal look.
Together, we'll guide you through the process until you find the dress you can't wait to walk down the aisle in. Get ready to say YES to your dream wedding dress!

Saying YES to the Dress

Once you pick “the one” and Say Yes to the dress, we will celebrate! We will toast to the bride with our signature mocktail!
The bride will receive a free gift and a goodie bag from our preferred vendors.
There will also be many photo ops to remember this special moment!

Measurements, Order Form & Payment

Next, we'll take your measurements in your private change room* and look at the size chart to find your best fit.
- *in bra and underwear- shapewear is not required.
We'll confirm all the necessary details for ordering your dream dress correctly, and then head to the cash office for payment.

Your Next Steps:

Wait for an email from us!
Within two weeks, we will email you with an estimated delivery date that the designer has provided to us.
- Estimated Delivery Date: the date your dress is expected to arrive in our store.

After receiving your estimated delivery date, it's time to get in touch with an alterations team.
Once we provide you with your Estimated Delivery Date, we recommend reviewing your options for alterations and booking in with them early. Let them know your dress arrival date and wedding date, and they can schedule you accordingly.

Picking up your Gown

Wait for another email from us! Once your fabulous dress arrives in our store and passes our standard check, we'll contact you to schedule a pick-up day!
Option 1: Dress Reveal Appointment:
- Experience our white glove service as we expertly assemble your entire wedding look inclduing veils, accessories, boutuets, cooling short, Boombas and more!
Option 2: Curbside Pickup:
- Just let us know when you are planning to stop by the shop, and we will prepare for your pickup. When you arrive, we will show you the dress and you sign for it, and take it with you. It will take only 5 minutes.
